- Our Teams conversations are HIPAA compliant.
- The computer systems we process your data on use only cutting edge technology to secure your data in a HIPAA compliant manner.
- Access to your data on our systems is strictly restricted to only employees of KCD Pros.
- Prior to the beginning of work and the exchange of any data, you and KCD Pros must sign a mutually binding Consulting Agreement. Section 8 of this agreement forbids KCD Pros from sharing your data with anyone except recipients approved by you.
- In addition to our Consulting Agreement, we also have a mutually binding Non-Disclosure Agreement we are happy to sign with you.
