Survey Clients List

  • This table lists all the clients who came to your clinic for their Xth visit during a given timeframe.
    • X could be any visit number – we found for our therapy clinic, people most often responded after about 10 visits, but for a medical clinic where people typically only come a few times per year, one or two visits may be more suitable.
  • This list will be provided as part of the consultation services.
  • Ask clients for feedback:
    • Intercept negative feedback to help with: social media, client retention, improved operational efficiency
    • Create more client-focused atmosphere (staff training, client participation)
    • Positive feedback (employee morale, word of mouth, social media reviews)
