This table lists all the clients who came to your clinic for their Xth visit during a given timeframe.
X could be any visit number – we found for our therapy clinic, people most often responded after about 10 visits, but for a medical clinic where people typically only come a few times per year, one or two visits may be more suitable.
This list will be provided as part of the consultation services.
Ask clients for feedback:
