  • This list displays information about each patient who doesn’t appear on the schedule again following their last attended visit.
  • A copy of this list will be provided as part of the consultation services.
  • This is important to monitor to ensure clients weren’t accidentally dropped from the schedule or to follow-up with an unsatisfied patient.
    • This can help bring unsatisfied patients back or at least you can talk through what they didn’t like in hopes that you can satisfy them enough that they will not leave a negative review on social media.
